All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Customer satisfaction is our goal. We will collaborate will all customers within reason to ensure that our customers are happy with our product. 

While our bracelets are fairly durable, there are very few instances where our bracelets may require repairs. All repairs are free within the first three months of purchasing.
